If, within 7 days of receiving your fragrance, you find yourself unhappy with it, you can return it for a one-time refund or exchange, excluding the delivery and return shipping costs.

Please note that while we are unable to refund the shipping cost, we are more than happy to refund the cost of the perfume itself. The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging, slightly used but not abused.

Once a product has been authorized for a refund or exchange, we kindly request that you return it within 7 business days. The refund or replacement will be processed once we receive the product for evaluation.
